About NLP Plus
Audrey has worked in further education for 17 years and currently is an Assistant principal responsible for organisational development and customer relationship management in a college in Glasgow.
Her career has been varied both in the public and private sector and whilst graduating initially as a Food scientist she was employed by Greggs the bakers, where her interest in people and what makes them tick led her to further her studies completing a postgraduate diploma in Human resource management.
Her interest in psychology continued as she became trained in administering a number of psychometric tools including Myers Briggs (MBTI), Firo B and prism.
